But Thomas T was not an ordinary Doctor!A baby dies under his watch on childbirth. The Doctor was devastated. The Doctor writes of 'watchful expectancy and masterly inactivity.' The Doctor blames himself for grossly ignoring this dictum caused by the thoughts of an impending committee meeting.The Doctor faced the mountainous task in front of him with courage, empathy, compassion, wisdom, creativity, and resourcefulness.
